All religions established by the prophets were the Religions of the Body. The Religion of the Soul is divine love — it is also the Religion of God. God is love, and the religion of God is love.
His Divine Eminence has prescribed the divine method by which the name of God enters the heart and settles within the heartbeats — producing divine energy and establishing a connection between humanity and the Divine.
This is not a theology to be debated. It is a spiritual anatomy to be awakened. The seven subtleties within you — the لطائف — are already there, latent in the blood, awaiting the touch of the Divine Name.
The Seven Subtleties
“There are seven souls enclosed in your body. The Prophetic Traditions mention them: Qalb (Spiritual Heart), Rouh (Main Soul), Sirri, Khafi, Akhfah, Ana, Nafs (Lower Self). These are spirits.”
Five souls are in the breast — the five senses relate to these five souls. One soul is in the head, related to thinking and understanding. And one is at the navel point.
The diet of the souls is divine energy. When the name of God is constantly repeated within your heartbeats, it will produce divine energy which will empower your souls.

Mehdi Foundation International Established
Under the guidance of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi, Sufi Master Younus AlGohar formally establishes MFI with its headquarters in London — an interfaith, non-religious, spiritual organisation.
