Izn-e-Zikr
e Qalb
Izn means permission or authorisation. Zikr e Qalb is the Remembrance of God within the spiritual heart (Qalb) — the foundational practice of Sufism taught by His Divine Eminence Riaz Ahmed Gohar Shahi.
Through this initiation, the name of God — اللہ — is transmitted into the heartbeat, causing the heart to begin its remembrance of God with every beat, producing divine energy and establishing a living connection between the seeker and the Divine.
